Do you have fixed collection and return times?

During your booking a collection and return time will be agreed. Try your best to stick to these but we understand that it is not always possible.

Is smoking permitted?

We do not allow any sort of smoking (including e-cigarettes) in our vans. This is due to the vans being hired out again after you. Please be considerate of others.

Do you impose a mileage limit on your campervans?

Our Campervans come with 1000 miles as standard. You can add additional mileage for 50p per mile.

What documentation do I have to provide?

In advance of the hire date and ideally at the time of booking, please provide us with photos or scans of your Driving Licence and passport so we can arrange insurance for you together with the National Insurance number for all drivers.  On the day of collection, each driver must bring with them their driving licence card, passport and a recent (3 months) proof of address in the form of a bank statement, credit card statement, council tax bill, gas/electric/water bill. Photocopies of any documents are not acceptable on the day of collection. The details and address etc must match on all documents otherwise we will be unable to cover that driver.

How long will the handover take?

We will spend between 30 minutes and one hour demonstrating and explaining how everything works to make sure you feel comfortable with all the controls.

Question 10

Where can I park my car whilst I'm away?

You can park your car at the pick-up point whilst you're away, free of charge. If you would like to park more than one car whilst you're away we will charge £15 a day per car.

Why do I have to pay a security deposit?

This is to cover any accidents or damages to the motorhome and full details are included within our Terms and Conditions.

Question 12

Who can drive your campervans?

Accepted Answer

Our motorhomes can all be driven on a standard full UK driving licence.
All drivers of our motorhomes must be over 30 years of age and under 70 and have held a license for at least 3 years. We can sometimes arrange insurance for drivers outside these criteria – please contact us for details. In all cases, please let us know if you have any penalty points or convictions on your license – in most cases you’ll still be able to hire a Motorhome, but it may mean a small additional premium to the insurance.

What do I need to do before returning the campervan?

Before returning please ensure:
The Diesel tank is completely full.
All contents of the vehicle are present as per the inventory.
The interior of the vehicle is in a clean standard including all kitchen appliances.

Question 14

Do you provide bedding and towels?

Accepted Answer

Some customers prefer to supply their own. However, we are able to provide bedding and towels for an additional cost, which need to be requested at the time of booking.
